  On the way up the mountain we encountered delays due to traffic control and the driver was able to talk with the traffic controller to let us through because we had young children in the car who were getting restless.

  We were very lucky to have Jamie as our tour bus driver when he picked us up at our Hotel in Canberra. He was easy to talk to, a wealth of knowledge of the area and we found common interests so our 2 hour drive to Perisher with an included pit stop in Cooma for a refreshing cuppa/beverages went relatively quickly. Before we knew it we were at our Hotel ready to enjoy our snow experience.

  Where do I start, I have nothing but only the best comments to make about this company and it's operators Melinda and Jamie. We booked Snow Alliance to transfer us from Canberra to Perisher and back again for our snow holiday in June/July this year. Our family holiday of snow goers consisted of 11 persons, so getting us all to and from the snowfields in the most economical and safe fashion was our highest priority. From our initial contact with the operators of Snow Alliance we received the most amazing customer service, all our questions and queries were answered in a timely and professional manner with no stone left unturned in finalising our arrangements.

  We used Snow Alliance for a private transfer from Canberra to Thredbo (and back again on the return trip). The drivers on both legs of the trip were sensational. Very professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We were traveling with five young children and the drivers were more than happy to accommodate rest stops, toilet breaks and nappy change breaks!

  We had 6 adults and 4 young children going to Perisher and looked at options to get us there. Snow Alliance was perfect. They picked us up in Jindabyne - all ten of us, plus a weeks worth of clothes and food - and delivered us safely to the oversnow transport provided by our lodge. No worries about chains or driving in bad conditions. They kept us informed at all times, stowed our gear safely and securely, and Jamie was the epitome of patience and quick thinking when we had two sick kids on the short trip back down . We would definitely use them again.
